††† (Crosses), the duo featuring Deftones singer Chino Moreno and producer/multi-instrumentalist Shaun Lopez, have released two new songs — “Light as a Feather” and “Ghost Ride” — from their upcoming studio album, God Bless, I Love U, Delete., arriving on October 13th.
The two-track bundle follows the release of “Invisible Hand” in August. The duo recently announced some rare live dates taking place in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, all of which are sold out. However, fans can check for tickets via StubHub, where your purchase is 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s Fan Protect program.
While the two new tracks don’t feature any guests, God Bless, I Love U, Delete. boasts contributions from The Cure’s Robert Smith and rapper El-P.
Crosses got their start in 2011 and released their self-titled debut album three years later. The group surprised fans in 2021 by releasing their first piece of music in seven years with a surprise cover of Q Lazzarus’ “Goodbye Horses.” After a couple of stand-alone singles, the project released the EP PERMANENT.RADIANT, followed by PERMANENT.RADIANT.REMIXED earlier this year.
