The Baroness – “Under the Rose”
The Baroness’s Second Tasting Stone In “Under the Rose,” John Bazley tries out more of a cynical, Jesus-lizard voice before returning to his trademark howl.The band started writing the song during their 2019 session gold and gray. “‘Beneath the Rose’ became a microscopic expression of STONE, a kind of mission statement that hinted at the vast musical territory we covered on the rest of the album. It was also part of a trilogy of songs that also included ‘Choir’ and “Choir”. ‘Elegy'” says John Bazley.

Mutolds – “Demons”
Mutoid Man share the third and final single from their upcoming album mutant. Stephen Brodsky said: “Mutoid Man played ‘Psycho Vegas’ in 2018, and to celebrate the occasion we thought it would be appropriate to open with a cover of The Sonics’ ‘Psycho’. We are at Learned the song about 20 minutes before the show and had a lot of fun with it, so we decided to write a little mental riff of our own. With that, we present Demons to you—enjoy!” We also keep An exclusive orange and green vinyl edition limited to 500 copies.

BLOOD RUNS COLD (KOYO, Sanction) – “BRC”
In addition to being the frontman of Long Island emo band Koyo, Joey Chiarmonte is also the frontman of heavyweight hardcore band Blood Runs Cold, whose lineup also includes members of Sanction, The Fight, Separated and more. They announced their debut EP today, and you can read about the new single “BRC” here.

KEN MODE – “He’s a good guy and he’s a taxpayer”
Noise rock life person KEN mode shared another taste blanka track that combines synthesizers and what vocalist/guitarist Jesse Matthewson calls “Bauhaus and irrational equal parts.”

The Outer Gods – “Just a foul-smelling worm”
British metal freaks Outergods share second single from their upcoming debut album kingdom built on the ruins of heaven, due September 1 via Prosthetic. With elements of black metal, hard punk, grindcore, and more, it’s not easy to pin down this song, but it’s easy to lose your mind.

Honors – “RANK & FILE” (ft. KAT of FAIM) and “MY Anchor”
Connecticut melodic hardcore veterans With Honor have announced their first album in 18 years and released two new singles, including one featuring Kat Lanzillo of the soon-to-be-defunct FAIM. Read more here.

Sticking to my own – “All the Lies”
Hold My Own, a hardcore Chicago and New Jersey band that includes The Mongoloids, Shattered Realm, MH Chaos, World Demise, and Sector, are preparing to release their new album following their recently released EP, Carried By Six. album. An EP will be released on DAZE later this year. More info to come, but they just shared their shocking lead single, “All the Lies.” Hold My Own is also throwing Texas Weekend without warning (20 Years sick blood) and End It this weekend, they’re playing Philadelphia’s This Is Hardcore and Triple B/DAZE/Streets of Hate in New York.

Stockholm melodic hardcore band Speedway is about to release a new record via Revelation Records, and they’ve just shared a trailer for two of their new tracks. Both are Rippers, both catchy, ebullient and aggressive.

San Jose metal-hardcore band Field of Flamed released a punishing three-album via Streets of Hate.

THE MISSING LINK – “TWO CENT CIRCUS” (ft. BRODY KING) & “NUMB SENSITIVE” (CROWBAR COVER)
In an interview with No Echo, frontman Mike Ryan of New York metal hardcore band Missing Link, whose members include Pain of Truth, Buried Dreams, Blood Runs Cold, said: “I think we all draw influences from everywhere, but to name a few For example, I’d say Rage, Total War, Stout, Crowbar, Cold As Life… hard shit.” You can definitely find it on Triple B Records’ new single “Two Cent Circus,” a single starring Brody King of God’s Hate. It is supported by a crowbar cover.
