ADAM SANDLER
Adam Sandler and a “surprise guest” will head out on the 25 date I Missed You Tour, beginning October 12 in Vancouver, BC, and wrapping up in Denver on December 12. There’s currently no NYC show.
OLIVIA RODRIGO
Olivia Rodrigo just released her highly-anticipated sophomore album, and she’ll support it on a huge 57-date tour starting in February that includes NYC and LA shows where The Breeders open.
INDIGO DE SOUZA
Indigo De Souza, who just performed on NPR Music’s Tiny Desk concert series (watch below), announced late fall West Coast dates, including Seattle, Vancouver, Portland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
TOKISCHA
Dominican rapper Tokischa will be out on the ‘Popola Presidente’ tour this fall, hitting NYC at Webster Hall on October 29 (which is also being advertised as a “Halloween costume party”). While a full tour hasn’t been announced yet, there are West Coast dates with Kali Uchis and an appearance at Miami’s III Points right before NYC.
EARL SWEATSHIRT & THE ALCHEMIST
Earl Sweatshirt and The Alchemist are taking their fantastic new collaborative album on tour this fall.
THE MARS VOLTA
Omar Rodríguez-López and Cedric Bixler-Zavala begin their The Mars Volta fall tour tonight in Minneapolis with Teri Gender Bender of Le Butcherettes in tow. The tour includes a BrooklynVegan-presented NYC show at Kings Theatre on September 22.
ROMY (THE XX)
Romy of The xx released her club-ready debut solo album, Mid Air, on Friday, and she’s announced a fall tour for it, “Club Mid Air.” She’ll be on the road in November and December in the UK, Europe and North America.
INDIEBALLROOM VOL III W/ HOTLINE TNT, WIKI, PVA
Rough Trade has announced the third edition of their indieballroom series in Rockefeller Center’s the Rainbow Room. It happens October 22 with the NYC live debut of South London trio PVA, who released their debut album Blush last year on Ninja Tune, along with Hotline TNT and Wiki. Tickets are on sale.
NIA ARCHIVES
English jungle / drum and bass artist Nia Archives will be touring around her appearance at Miami’s III Points festival in October, and dates include a NYC show at Knockdown Center on November 9.
AXIS: SOVA (DATES WITH TY SEGALL & OOG BOGO)
Axis: Sova will support their new album Blinded by Oblivion, which is out in October via Ty Segall’s GOD? imprint on Drag City, on tour, including a few dates with Ty and the Freedom Band and West Coast dates with Oog Bogo.
THE GOTOBEDS
It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Pittsburgh punks The Gotobeds — their last album was 2019’s Debt Begins at 30 — but they’re back in action, at least a little. They’ll play a hometown show at Mr Roboto Project on October 8 opening for Tenement, and will be in Brooklyn for a show at Union Pool on November 30 with Discreet Charms and Blank Account.
