Alvvays and Alex G‘s co-headline tour hit NYC this week for two big shows in Prospect Park as part of the 2023 BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival. The two bands switch off as to who plays first or last depending on the night, and Tuesday’s show had Alvvays “headlining,” while on Wednesday it was Alex G who closed out the night. Setlists were pretty similar for both across the two nights, with their respective headline sets giving them each a little more room to stretch out and play an encore.
