Three bands who come from the Northeast hardcore scene but make melodic, emo-leaning music, Anxious, Koyo, and One Step Closer, have announced a co-headlining tour for 2024. Support on the first leg comes from their friends in Life’s Question, and support on the second leg comes from a newer West Coast band that also has a knack for hardcore-informed emo, Stateside. Tickets for these amazing bills go on sale Friday (12/15).
The tour begins in Hamden, CT on February 29 at Space Ballroom with Life’s Question and it wraps up in NYC on March 28 at Brooklyn Monarch with Stateside. All dates are listed below.
Anxious recently released their great new single “Down, Down” in the midst of tearing it up on The Wonder Years’ The Greatest Generation tour. Koyo released their excellent debut album Would You Miss It? this year (read our feature for more). One Step Closer kicked the year off with the Songs For The Willow EP in January and they’re about to wrap up a tour with Knuckle Puck, Real Friends, and Arm’s Length this week. Stateside released their very promising debut EP It’s What We Do this year. Life’s Question put out their new LP World Full Of… last year.
