Before they play both weekends of Coachella in April, Blur have announced a headlining show at Pomona, CA’s Fox Theater on April 10. It’s being billed as a “one-night-only event,” and it’ll be their first US show since 2015. Jockstrap opens, and tickets go on sale Friday, March 1 at 12 PM PT.
Blur’s 2023 reunion never made it to North America, and in December Damon Albarn said the band was going back on hiatus, saying “it’s too much for me.” Looks like that hiatus will have to wait a bit longer — but this doesn’t bode well for our hopes of an American tour.
