It looks like ARMYs will have some high-profile competition the next time BTS tickets go on sale!
Today, all seven members arrived at the United Nations Headquarters in New York to deliver a message of hope. BTS attended the 76th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) as special presidential envoys to President Moon Jae In.
In their shared speech, BTS spoke from the heart about the -19 pandemic, vaccines, climate change, and the so-called “̾l̾o̾s̾t ̾ generation” that they renamed the “welcome generation.”
With every word spoken, BTS gained new fans, some of whom happen to be world leaders and VIPs. Several were spotted filming BTS on their phones, capturing this historic moment for themselves or, possibly, the other ARMYs in their lives!

One of the most heartwarming photos from the event is this snapshot of Deputy Secretary-General Amina J.Mohammed reaching out to Jimin like a proud parent. (Is this the UNGA or a fan meeting? Why not both!)

And many other officials also fist bumped with BTS members. Because of the time of pandemic, they can shake hands together to avoid spreading virus. Instead of this act, they fist bump with happy smile between BTS and their high-profile ARMYs:
