Built to Spill‘s classic second album, There’s Nothing Wrong With Love, turns 30 in September and to celebrate the band have announced shows where they’ll play it in full. (Thanks, Stereogum.) So far there are two, both in the Pacific Northwest: Portland’s Pioneer Courthouse Square on August 14 and Seattle’s Woodland Park Zoo on August 15.
Making these even cooler are that Yo La Tengo are also playing (headlining, in fact). Tickets go on sale Friday, February 23.
Let’s hope Built to Spill do more of these shows. Stay tuned.
