BJ THE CHICAGO KID
Kendrick Lamar and Schoolboy Q collaborator BJ the Chicago Kid has announced the “Gravy” tour, which kicks off April 27 in Washington, DC and includes multi-show runs in NYC (Blue Note on April 30 – May 5), Philly, Chicago, St. Louis, Atlanta, and more before wrapping up in Hawaii on June 5 & 6.
DEAD & COMPANY
Grateful Dead offshoot Dead & Company, which had Dead members Bob Weir, Mickey Hart, and Bill Kreutzmann joined by John Mayer, Jeff Chimenti, and Oteil Burbridge, wrapped up what they said was their final tour back in July, but now they’ve confirmed that they’ll be doing more shows after all, at Las Vegas’ Sphere.

Having played some smaller release shows last fall to celebrate their new LP Goodnight, God Bless, I Love U, Delete. last fall, ††† (Crosses) are now gearing up to begin a larger, lengthier tour in February. That tour includes a NYC show on February 20 at Hammerstein Ballroom, and we’re giving away a pair of tickets to that show.
BODYSNATCHER / SPITE
Florida metal band Bodysnatcher have announced a spring tour with Spite, that also has them out with Thrown and Knowsis, plus Psycho-Frame and Cell on select dates. The tour hits NYC on May 20 at Irving Plaza.
DEHD
Chicago trio Dehd have announced a fall tour in support of their upcoming fifth album.
ODESZA
ODESZA just announced a run of shows that they’re calling “The Finale” of their The Last Goodbye era, bringing a “special extended set” to NYC, Los Angeles, Boulder, CO and George, WA in June and July. They’ve now added a third NYC show to the run.
TREEFORT
Boise’s Treefort Music Fest is coming up soon (March 20-24) and they’ve just announced even more artists for the lineup, including Kate Bollinger, Cimafunk, Magic Sword, French Cassettes, Blusher, Noia, and more. The full lineup is in the poster:
COLD WAR KIDS
Cold War Kids begin their 2024 North American tour tonight in San Francisco. That show is with Hovvdy who are with them for the first leg, with Joe P joining starting in Chicago. The tour includes two nights at Webster Hall on March 1 & 2.
POND
Pond have also announced a US spring tour with make-up dates from a year ago when visa issues kept them from visiting. The tour includes festival appearances at Shaky Knees in Atlanta and the Kilby Block Party in Salt Lake City. Before that, they’ll open for Queens of the Stone Age in Australia and New Zealand, and they’ll visit the UK and Europe in the fall.
JJUUJJUU
JJUUJJUU, the psychedelic project from Desert Daze Fest cofounder Phil Pirrone, will be touring this spring, including West Coast dates around Coachella as well as May dates in Austin, Grand Rapids, Detroit and Toronto. They’ll also play summer shows in Colorado, Vancouver and Atlanta. All dates are here.
