In addition to his upcoming Sinéad O’Connor and Shane MacGowan tribute show at Carnegie Hall, City Winery founder and CEO Michael Dorf is also putting on his annual “The Music Of…” benefit concert this year. It happens on May 13 at Carnegie Hall, and will celebrate the music of Crosby, Stills and Nash. The lineup, featuring over 20 artists, is still to be announced, but VIP ticket packages are on sale now, with a GA ticket sale to follow in March. Proceeds will benefit music education for underserved youth.
Previous “The Music Of” shows have honored Paul McCartney, Led Zeppelin, Aretha Franklin, David Bowie, Talking Heads, Van Morrison, and more.
