DEAD & COMPANY
Dead & Company have extended their upcoming run at Vegas megavenue The Sphere, adding six more shows on July 4-6 and 11-13. That makes 24 shows total, with dates in May and June as well. Tickets for the run are on presale now and go on sale to the general public on Friday, February 9 at 10 AM Pacific.
STEVIE NICKS
Steve Nicks has added 12 shows to her 2024 North American tour, including stops in Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, California, Utah, Colorado, Indiana, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. The tour begins with two NYC-area shows at Atlantic City’s Mark G Etess Arena on February 10 and Long Island’s UBS Arena on February 14 and ends with a big Chicago show at Soldier Field on June 21 with Billy Joel. IDLES
Good news, IDLES fans. The UK group went from no NYC shows to two NYC shows: one intimate show this week (Bowery Ballroom) and a huge one in September (Forest Hills Stadium with The Walkmen).
BIKINI KILL
Following their March shows in Mexico and South America and a tour of Europe and the UK in June, Bikini Kill will be on the road in North America starting in August.
BROOKLYN PARAMOUNT SHOWS
Brooklyn Paramount is set to open in March, and the restored theater just announced a bunch of shows, including Bikini Kill, The Decemberists, Iron & Wine, Manchester Orchestra, The Church / Afghan Whigs, Black Pumas and more (and we’ve got a presale for all of them).
MICROWAVE
Atlanta emo band Microwave have announced a spring North American tour. They’ll be out following a hometown festival set at Shaky Knees, and they’ll be joined by a great support lineup of Origami Angel, Heart Attack Man, and Carpool Tunnel.
BRIT FLOYD
Pink Floyd tribute act Brit Floyd are bringing their multimedia show back to North America starting in March for the P.U.L.S.E. tour, which celebrates 30 years of The Division Bell. Dates include a NYC show at the Palladium Times Square on 3/15. Head here for all dates.
TODD BARRY
Acerbic comedian and crowdwork master Todd Barry continues his Half Joking tour — 50% jokes and 50% crowd work — on Wednesday in Los Angeles, and he’s got select dates around the country, including a couple NYC-area shows: Jersey City’s White Eagle Hall on March 1 and The Loft @ City Winery on March 2.
HEAD IN THE CLOUDS 2024
88rising‘s Head in the Clouds festival returns to NYC this spring on May 11 & 12 at Forest Hills Stadium. The festival celebrates Asian talent and culture, and the 2024 lineup includes headliners Joji, (G)I-DLE, ATARASHII GAKKO!, ILLENIUM B2B DABIN, and BIBI, plus eyedress, dhruv, Deb Never, and more.
NISA
Brooklyn-based musician Nisa has announced her debut LP, Shapeshifting, due out on April 26, as well as a few Northeast tour dates in May.
DANIELLE DURACK
Nashville-based singer / songwriter Danielle Durack is releasing her third album, Escape Artist, on February 16 and she’s on tour starting this weekend.
