Death To All, the offshoot of legendary death metal band Death featuring former members Gene Hoglan (drums), Steve DiGiorgio (bass), and Bobby Koelble (guitar), with Cynic live/session member Max Phelps on guitar and vocals, have announced “The Scream of Perseverance Tour.” They’ll stop in cities for two-night stints, playing Death’s 1987 debut Scream Bloody Gore in full on night one, along with material from 1988’s Leprosy and 1990’s Spiritual Healing. Night two will feature Death’s seventh and final album, 1998’s The Sound of Perseverance, in full, along with material from Human, Individual Thought Patterns, and Symbolic. Select cities will also get a third night, “From First To Last,” where, according to a press release, “Death To All play the mightiest bangers from every DEATH album.”
Cryptopsy open the shows, which run through May and June, and you can see all dates below.
The NYC shows are at Gramercy Theatre on May 23 and 24. Tickets to those and all dates go on sale Friday, February 9 at 10 AM local, with a presale happening now (use the password ENERGY for the NYC show).
