Earl Sweatshirt and The Alchemist recently released their long-awaited collaborative album Voir Dire on the NFT website Gala, and now it’s set to come to all digital streaming platforms on October 6 via Tan Cressida / ALC / Warner Records. The wide release will include three more songs, “Heatcheck,” “The Caliphate,” and “Mancala,” the latter two of which feature Earl’s longtime collaborator Vince Staples. “The Caliphate” is out now, and it finds Earl and Vince sounding great together over The Alchemist’s airy, hypnotic production. All three of them also appear together in the song’s black-and-white, Joseph-directed music video. Check it out below.
Earl and Alchemist also announced a tour together earlier this week, with support from MIKE (on most dates) and Black Noi$e. Tickets for all dates (including NYC’s Brooklyn Steel on November 22) go on sale today (9/15) at 10 AM local. All dates below.
The Alchemist, MIKE, and Wiki are also releasing the collaborative album Faith Is A Rock next week.
