Pilates
So Pilates, the devil’s workout. Seriously though, Pilates is no joke…especially a reformer-based class. At the same time, I like the good feeling after class. I really like that it’s a low impact workout, unlike running, which is very hard on my knees.
My goal for this year is to pick a workout class and stick to it. I have a Peloton bike, but I feel best when exercising in class. It was also a way for me to get out of my apartment and really get out of work.
I’ve only had a few classes so far, but I really like Rhythm Pilates. They have several branches around London. Worth a try if you’re looking to change up your exercise routine!
