Italians Do It Better is throwing a birthday party for label founder Johnny Jewel in NYC. It happens on his 50th birthday, May 31 at Knockdown Center, and the lineup features Black Marble, Desire (Jewel’s project with Megan Louise), Farah, Orion, Mothermary, Joon, DJ Justine D, and Jewel himself. Tickets are on sale now.
“Excited to share this amazing lineup for the NYC show on May 31,” Jewel writes on Instagram. “Desire surprised me with one of my all time favorite bands Black Marble for my birthday! It’s my first solo performance on the East Coast & our first time back to NYC in 5 years. Going to be a night to remember. Can’t wait to see you all there.”
