The coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria, Jose Peseiro has released a 23-man list for the final AFCON qualifying game against Sao Tome and Principe.
Nigeria have already qualified for the tournament which will be hosted in Ivory Coast having secured 12 points after five games. However, they could finish second in the group if they fail to beat Sao Tome, and Guinea Bissau defeat Sierra Leone in their final fixture.
Jose Peseiro invited some fringe players for the game which includes, Gent star players, Gift Orban and Jordan Torunarigha got their first call-up after some impressive performances for their club alongside Bayer Leverkusen forward player, Boniface.
Nigeria will host their opponents on Sunday, September 10, 2023.
