Dutch avant-garde composer and gothy lutenist Jozef Van Wissem released his new album, The Night Dwells in the Day, today. “It’s like a part of my body,” Jozef says of his instrument of choice. “The complexity of it is what keeps me going because you can always find something new.” You can listen to the album below.
Van Wissem will be in the US for a few shows this spring, hitting Los Angeles, San Francisco and Chicago before wrapping up the tour in Brooklyn at Saint Vitus on May 5. All dates are listed below.
