Surprise! Justin Timberlake is playing a very intimate and FREE show at NYC’s Irving Plaza on January 31. Irving Plaza holds just over 1,000 people and when Justin tours through NYC he usually plays multiple nights at 19,000-capacity arenas like Madison Square Garden, so–needless to say–this show is gonna be really, really hard to get into. Ticket registration is open now through Friday (1/26) at 11:59 PM ET. There’s a two-ticket limit per person, and registering does not guarantee that you’ll get tickets.
Justin recently announced the title of his next album, Everything I Thought It Was, and shared a clip of lead single “Selfish,” which comes out Thursday (1/25). He also recently played an intimate show in Memphis at Orpheum Theatre and gave “Selfish” its live debut. You can watch video of that below too. Justin will be the musical guest on SNL a few days before the show (1/27).
Along with the announcement of the Irving Plaza, he shared a teaser of another new song, and you can check that out below too (at the last slide of the Instagram gallery).
Justin won’t be the first big star playing Irving Plaza this month. Green Day just played.
