Ladytron are playing San Diego’s CRSSD fest this weekend and stopped in NYC on their way there to play Irving Plaza on Wednesday night. This was their first show here since 2019 and their first since releasing Time’s Arrow earlier this year, and that album’s songs made up about a third of their set, with the rest of their catalog making up the rest, including “International Dateline,” “Ghosts,” and “Ace of Hz.” The four-song encore concluded with two of their best icy bangers, “Seventeen” and “Destroy Everything You Touch.”

Before hitting CRSSD, Ladytron will play Los Angeles on Friday, and the band will be back in the US for Texas shows in November ahead of Mexico City’s Corona Capital fest.
