NYC dreampop band Longwave are reissuing their 2003 album The Strangest Things on vinyl for its 20th anniversary on January 26 via Bodan Kuma Recordings. This will be its first vinyl pressing since its initial release and it’s first-ever North American pressing. The album, featuring singles “Wake Me When It’s Over” and “Tidal Wave,” was produced by Flaming Lips collaborator Dave Fridmann and was Longwave’s RCA Records debut. To celebrate the reissue, Longwave will play the The Strangest Things in full at NYC’s Bowery Ballroom on January 27.
