Manchester United Football Club are reportedly set to sign Moroccan midfielder, Sofyan Amrabat from Fiorentina.
The Red Devils are looking at the possibility of a loan deal for the player as they won’t be able to sign him on permanently because of financial fair play regulations, according to the Athletic. United have been linked with the 27-year-old all summer and they are looking to close the deal before the transfer window closes.
Sofyan Amrabat is under contract with the Serie A club until 2024 with the option to extend by a further 12 months. Manchester United are also looking at the possibility of bringing in Bayern Munich’s Ryan Gravenberch to fill in the defensive midfield role.
The 21-year-old Dutch international is also on the radar of Liverpool, this has made United focus on Amrabat as they look to strengthen their squad.
