Nevada’s Shellraiser Festival began in 2022 with an emphasis on psych and shoegaze. Located in McGill NV — which they call “in the middle of everywhere” as it’s a few hours each from Reno, Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Twin Falls, ID and Gorge, WA — it has a nice little lineup for its 2024 edition (May 30 – June 1). Among the artists scheduled to perform are Mercury Rev, the Miki Berenyi Trio (ex-Lush and Moose), The Raveonettes, Ladytron, The Besnard Lakes, Megafauna, No Joy, Corridor, Wild Pink, The Paranoyds, Molly Lewis, Sinkane, Man Man, We Are Scientists, and more.

This is the first US show we’ve seen for the Miki Berenyi Trio, which features the former Lush singer/guitarist alongside Moose‘s MJ McKillop and Oliver Cherer (Gilroy Mere, Aircooled).
The Raveonettes play Schellraiser as part of their first US tour in a decade.
