Miracle Legion are full of surprises this month. After announcing they were reuniting for Wilco’s Solid Sound Festival, they’ll be making the most of it by going on a short Northeast summer tour in June. Along with this news, they’ve also announced they’ll be reissing their 1987 full-length debut, Surprise Surprise Surprise, which was originally released on Rough Trade Records and was a hit on college radio. That has been remastered by Paul Q Kolderie and will be out June 1.
The tour, which Miracle Legion say will favor songs from Surprise Surprise Surprise, includes the previously announced NYC show at Brooklyn Made on June 28, and they’ll also play Portsmouth, Pawtucket, Philadelphia, and Hamden, CT. All dates are listed below.
