KALIII – KTOVEN
Atlanta rapper Kaliii flips a sample of Beethoven’s “Fur Elise” into a killer new single, aptly titled “KToven.” The song combines Jersey club with trap and classical music and follows her hit “Area Codes” and its many remixes.

STORMZY – “Weekend” feat.reye
Stormzy collaborated with singer-producer RAYE on “The Weekend,” his third single released in the past few weeks. RAYE and Stormzy previously collaborated on Ambition in 2016. “The Weekend” fuses summery R&B and British rap, with a retro ’90s vibe between melodic choruses and echoing vocals.

A$AP ROCKY – “RIOT (ROWDY PIPE’N)”
“RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n)” is A$AP Rocky’s second single of the year and the first since January’s “Same Problems?” On “Riot,” Rocky spits on an instrument he made with Pharrell Williams, with horns and humming bass drums.

Bombay Cycling Club – “Dive” (ft. Holly HUMBERSTONE)
Here’s the second taste of Bombay Cycling Club’s upcoming album my big day. Lead singer Jack Steadman said: “‘Diving’ is a song about that summer when you were 15, and it’s a unique feeling to remember. You discover everything for the first time, and the world seems as scary and exciting as jumping off a high cliff into a lake. Holly is perfect for this song. Her music perfectly captures the feeling of early life, and her voice brings so much emotion to the whole song.”

The Blind Equation – “You Betrayed the One You Loved”
Chicago Web Grinders Share Another Delightfully Weird Taste of Their Prosthetic Debut death awaits. “You Betrayed the Ones You Loved” goes from bubblegum pop to gritty extreme metal, and it works.

BASURAASTILLADA – “JARDÍN DE PLASTILINA”
Colombian emo/screamo band basuraastillada share a new single, “jardín de plastilina,” fueled by math-rock guitars and a very catchy mix of singing and screaming.

PEARLA – “Contacting You”
Following her debut record in February, Oh sparkling onions, the night is coming, Pearla shared a new single, the twangy ballad “Get In Touch With You.” “The song is about trying not to lose yourself in another person… the push and pull of wanting to be with someone, but also trying to keep your feet on the ground,” she said. “I want it to feel fun and entertaining and lighthearted because to me, that’s what it’s like when you’re in balance…with your own honest heart and the people you love present at the same time.”

ÅRABROT – “You cast a long shadow”
Årabrot to release new album dark and light Released October 13th by Pelagic, the new single “You Cast Long Shadows” is a really cool, loud, catchy, gothic rock song.

BAS – “PASSPORT BROS” (ft. J. COLE)
Bas and frequent collaborator J. Cole meet again on breezy tropical “Passport Brothers.”

RICK HYDE – “The Streets Are Different” (ft. BENNY THE BUTCHER & ELCAMINO)
Rick Hyde’s new project Lupara On Aug. 4, the Black Soprano Family drops a new single, “Streets Ain’t the Same,” and Rick, his label boss Benny the Butcher, and ElCamino are bar-swapping vintage soul samples.

As Friends Rust – “Final Form”
Florida punk veterans As Friends Rust share another track from their first new album in over 20 years.

DEYARMMOND EDISON – “EPOCH” and “Song for A LOVER (OFGO AGO)”
“Epoch” is the subtly dynamic title track from an upcoming album that DeYarmond Edison, AKA Justin Vernon, Brad Cook, Phil Cook, and Joe Westerlund recorded before Bon Iver, Megafaun, and others. “Epoch” is played in the background by “Song For A Lover (of Long Ago),” another dark-toned ballad that’s mostly acoustic.this era The set will be available through Jagjaguwar on August 18th.

FLEETWOOD MAC – “DREAM” (Live at FABULOUS FORUM, Inglewood, CA, August 29, 2077)
Fleetwood Mac announced their latest release, Rumor Live, recorded the timeless hit “Dreams” live at The Forum in Los Angeles.The album is based on recordings of three shows held at the venue in August 1977, at the time of their stardom, with sets largely from Fleetwood Mac and rumor.

Vagabon – “Do Your Best”
“When Teo Halm and I co-produced this song, I was sitting in the German countryside, I was experimenting in my home studio until late at night, I listened to a lot of club music, and then I started to make an instrument that was taken from the music you hear in underground clubs in Germany or the UK, but still exists in the Vagabon music lexicon,” Vagabon’s Laetitia Tamko explains of her great new single. “A year later, when I came back to the US, I got Rostam involved, and he came up with the great idea of adding a layer of live drums on top of the breakbeats from my German shows.”

Fred Arbon (throwing musings)— fright fest LP
Former Throwing Muses bassist Fred Abong just released a new solo album fear pageant. “This album started with my love for a new guitar I recently purchased—a gold Gretsch Rancher Penguin,” says Fred. “As with all my guitars, I immediately tuned it into a baritone tuning and started creating. Soon enough, I had enough songs to record. I knew those songs were going to get a fuller production treatment than before. The main reason was that, like a good communist, I finally had the means to produce, got a Mac workbook on which I could load my DAW of choice. Thanks to a keyboard MIDI controller, I could finally do everything myself, which had always been a dream of mine. individual activities.”

FLAER – “Forever, Forever”
British painter and musician Realf Heygate will release his new album Preludes, Flaer, on August 4th through Odda Recordings. Made using only cello, piano and acoustic guitar, it was inspired by 1970s folk horror films like The Wickerman.

Emma Anderson (LUSH) – “Curved Round”
Former Lush guitarist/vocalist Emma Anderson announces debut solo album, pearl, which will be released on October 20 via Sonic Cathedral. The album was written by Anderson, produced by Maps’ James Chapman, and Suede’s Richard Oakes on guitar. Listen to the first single.

BAS JAN – “At the Counter”
London quartet Bas Jan (including Jarvis Cocker collaborators Serafina Steer and Emma Smith) to release new album back to the swamp. “At the Counter” mixes avant-garde and new wave elements for an earthy, melodic, harmonious sound.

Antlers – “Tide”
