TENEMENT
Last month Tenement announced their first show since 2017, part of the Don Giovanni Records 20th Anniversary Expo in Philadelphia, and now they’ve announced a few more dates, which they say are all the touring they’re doing “for the foreseeable future” but “not forever.” They’ll be in NYC at Gold Sounds on October 5.

WATER FROM YOUR EYES
Before they play Woodsist Festival in September, Water From Your Eyes will celebrate the release of their new album Everyone’s Crushed with an NYC boat show, aboard The Liberty Belle on August 24 with Frost Children, YHWH Nailgun, and a DJ set from Momma. KISHI BASHI
Kishi Bashi is bringing his new documentary Omoiyari (the same name as his 2019 album) on tour in November for shows that will feature a screening of the film followed by a performance of the album in full. See all dates, including Brooklyn’s Murmrr Theatre on November 18, here.

VIC MENSA (OPENING FOR CHANCE THE RAPPER)
Chance the Rapper celebrates the 10th anniversary of his second mixtape, Acid Rap, at shows in NYC and Inglewood, CA this month and next, and he’s added support: he’ll be joined by Vic Mensa, who will play from his 2013 debut mixtape Innanetape.

INDIGO DE SOUZA
Indigo De Souza was scheduled to support Sylvan Esso on tour through mid-September, but she and her band will be leaving early, after Saturday’s show, “due to a family emergency in our touring party.” “Apologies to anyone who was hoping to see us,” she writes, “we hope you can understand, and we hope to see you again sometime.” Reyna Tropical will be replacing Indigo on most dates, expect 8/27 in Bend, OR, where Black Belt Eagle Scout has joined the lineup.

Birmingham, AL straightedge metallic hardcore band No Cure are on tour with The Acacia Strain now, including shows with Escuela Grind, Mugshot, Foreign Hands, Judiciary, and Momentum, varying by date.
