The Magnetic Fields are celebrating the 25th anniversary of their classic triple album 69 Love Songs by performing it in full across two-night stands in cities across America. They’ve just announced fall dates, which include stops in DC, Austin, Boulder, Portland and Seattle. Tickets for those shows go on sale Friday, February 16 at 10 AM local time, with presales on 2/15 at 10 AM local time with the password LOVE25.
Spring dates include an extended run at Town Hall from April 3-6 and 10-13. They also have UK/EU shows this summer. Check out their full tour schedule below.
The lineup for these shows is Claudia Gonson, John Woo, Sam Davol, Shirley Simms and Stephin Merritt, who all played on the album, along with current Magnetic Fields members Chris Ewen and Anthony Kaczynski.
