The Voidz (aka Julian Casablancas‘ other band), played a four-night residency at Murmrr Theatre last week, celebrating the venue’s reopening, the 10th anniversary of Baby’s All Right, and Halloween. On night one, Halloween Night, they gave their most recent single, “The Flexorcist,” its live debut, along with the demo version of “Human Sadness,” and they covered Misfits’ “Halloween” (like they did before in 2014). They also broke out another cover, of Milli Vanilli’s “Girl You Know It’s True,” for the first time since 2015, playing it on nights one and three.
