SZA is the most nominated artist of the 2024 Grammys (so far she won Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Ghost in the Machine” ft. Phoebe Bridgers, and Best Progressive R&B Album for SOS), and she brought a medley of two songs from her most recent album — “Snooze” and “Kill Bill” — for her performance at the ceremony. The rendition of “Kill Bill” was particularly action-packed, with katana-wielding ninjas (one of whom started out on a table as Phoebe Bridgers looked on in delight) engaged in elaborately choreographed fights with hapless men. Watch below.
SZA is still up for Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best R&B Song. She lost Best R&B Performance to Coco Jones, Best Traditional R&B Performance to PJ Morton ft. Susan Carol, and Best Melodic Rap Performance to Lil Durk ft. J. Cole.
