Sting 3.0 is the name of the former Police frontman and global superstar’s new tour, and also the name of his new power trio. When you say “trio” and “Sting” it’s hard not to think of The Police, which is probably not unintentional, and the new group includes guitarist Dominic Miller and drummer Chris Maas.
The Sting 3.0 tour also has him playing more intimate venues than usual, with many cities getting two nights at theatres. In NYC, the trio will play three nights at Brooklyn Paramount on October 7, 9 & 10, and they’ll also play Port Chester’s Capitol Theatre on October 12. Tickets for all dates of the tour go on sale Friday, March 15 at 10 AM.
