So many artists, so many songs, so little time. Each week we review a handful of new albums (of all genres), round up even more new music that we’d call “indie,” and talk about what metal is coming out. We post music news, track premieres, and more all day. We update a playlist weekly of some of our current favorite tracks. Here’s a daily roundup with a bunch of interesting, newly released songs in one place.

@ – “WEBCRAWLER”
Are You There God? It’s Me, @, the new EP from Baltimore duo @ (at), is out this Friday, and ahead of that they’ve shared the second single, “Webcrawler.” “The lyrics to ‘Webcrawler’ is highly influenced by computer programming and the process of automated tools (which can be conceived of as invisible robots) scraping data from websites, also known as crawling the web,” Stone Filipczak says. “The protagonist of the song is a search engine which has gone sentient, conceives of itself as a spider, and feels lonely because of its lack of connection to others.
