Wilco brought their Sky Blue Sky destination festival back to Riviera Maya, Mexico’s Hard Rock Hotel last week, where they played three separate sets, with the first themed “first tracks,” and the second themed “blue.” For the third, on Tuesday (12/5), they brought out Cate Le Bon for “Soldier Child” from this year’s great Cousin (which she produced), and Kevin Morby for Yankee Hotel Foxtrot classic “Jesus Etc.” See all three setlists below.
Cate and Kevin each played their own sets, as did Father John Misty, Sylvan Esso, Waxahatchee, Bartees Strange, Lucinda Williams, Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy (who made it a family affair with his sons Spencer Tweedy on drums and Sammy Tweedy on backing vocals, as well as Finom‘s Macie Stewart on backing vocals and violin and Sima Cunningham on backing vocals, her brother Liam Kazar on bass, and longtime friend Jim Elkington on lead guitar), Eucademix (aka Yuka C.
